Official Cinema is a hand-picked library of films, built for people who care about what they watch. No algorithms, no endless scroll, no content for content's sake. Every film here was selected and reviewed by a human editor.

What you will find here

A curated selection. The library currently holds 175 films across every era and genre. Each one has an editorial review, a rating, and context about why it matters. The collection grows weekly.

Weekly editions. Every week, a small set of films is featured on the front page with fresh editorial commentary. These are not trending picks - they are films worth revisiting or discovering for the first time.

A physical media store directory. We maintain a directory of brick-and-mortar shops that sell Blu-ray discs, 4K UHD, and other physical media. The directory currently covers 26 cities across Europe, North America, and Asia. If you know a shop we are missing, you can submit it.

A marketplace. Members can list physical media for sale or trade. No fees, no middlemen. This is for collectors who want to buy, sell, or swap discs directly with other collectors.

Upcoming releases. A daily-updated list of upcoming Blu-ray and 4K UHD disc releases, pulled from industry databases. Know what is coming before it hits the shelves.

Events and festivals. Listings for film festivals, screenings, and cinema events worldwide. If you run a festival or a cinema, get in touch - we will list you for free.

Community ratings. Registered members can rate any film in the library. Your ratings are yours - no manipulation, no weighting tricks.

What this is not

This is not a streaming service. We do not host or distribute films. This is not a social network. There are no followers, no likes, no feeds. This is a reference library and a community hub for people who take film seriously and prefer to own what they watch.
